Drinkers of Apple Beer not only display good taste, but they are evidently also brilliant poets. Below is a collection of poetry written in praise of Apple Beer that fans have sent to us. We'd love to see your submissions. If you've got a great Apple Beer poem, send it to us here. You never know what might happen... Ode to Apple Beer, that beverage that we hold so dear. If we could we would drink plenty, surely that number is more than twenty. We hold this beverage close to our hearts, and those who don’t haven’t any smarts. Bottles are heavenly opened anew, but cans will suffice if we have to. No ill-will we bear for cans, but we prefer bottles in our hands. Apple Beer brings so much joy, it’s like a child with a new toy. We take a swallow and are revived, for the work-week we have survived. Thus doth Apple Beer for all men, to ignore its virtues would be a sin. Dennis Wilson, Aaron "Lobes" Wilson, and Quincy Fowler Apple beer is such a delicious drink, Much more delightful than you would think. It's creamy and bubbly and things of that sort, When compared to other drinks they come up way short. It flows in your mouth so smooth and so sweet, If it was a food that's all that I'd eat. Its foam and fizzyness are fun to the tongue, To its creator loud praises should be sung. Out of all the drinks it is head of the class, A chance to drink more I would never let pass, For I'm always ready to refill my glass. If there was one drink that I had to choose, It wouldn't be Coke, Pepsi, or booze. Do you know what it is? I'll give you a guess. Yes, it's Apple Beer I must confess. |
